2 in carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 848, One Hundred
3 Sixth Legislature, Second Session, 2020.
4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $61,460 from the General
2 Fund and $12,940 from federal funds for FY2020-21 and (2) $84,507 from
3 the General Fund and $17,793 from federal funds for FY2021-22 to the
4 Department of Health and Human Services, for Program 359, to aid in
5 carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 848, One Hundred Sixth
6 Legislature, Second Session, 2020.
7 No expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per diems
8 for state employees shall be made from funds appropriated in this
9 section.
