1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds to the
2 Supreme Court for problem-solving courts for young adults.
3 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $457,887 from the
2 General Fund for FY2020-21 and (2) $457,887 from the General Fund for
3 FY2021-22 to the Supreme Court, for Program 420, for problem-solving
4 courts for young adults.
5 Total expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per
6 diems from funds appropriated in this section shall not exceed $304,143
7 for FY2020-21 or $304,143 for FY2021-22.
