4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated $250,000 from the General
2 Fund for FY2020-21 to the Nebraska State Patrol, for Program 100, to
3 provide funding for timely processing of sexual assault forensic evidence
4 in accordance with national best practices.
