1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds for
2 local public health departments as prescribed.
3 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated $6,500,000 from the General
2 Fund to Agency No. 25, Program No. 502, for FY2020-21. Such funds shall
3 be provided for local public health departments. Included in the
4 appropriation in this section is $150,000 for critical health services
5 aid to be distributed equally among the eighteen public health
6 departments and $3,800,000 for proportional health services aid to be
7 distributed proportionally based on population among the eighteen public
8 health departments.
