3 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated $200,000 from the General
2 Fund for FY2020-21 to the Department of Health and Human Services. The
3 appropriation shall be used to contract with the University of Nebraska
4 Medical Center for the Nebraska Perinatal Quality Improvement
5 Collaborative. The department shall secure federal matching funds for
6 this purpose.
