1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds to the
2 Department of Health and Human Services.
3 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated $3,730,149 from the General
2 Fund and $4,507,813 from federal funds for FY2020-21 to the Department of
3 Health and Human Services, for Program 424.
4 There is included in the appropriation to this program for FY2020-21
5 $3,730,149 General Funds and $4,507,813 federal funds for an increase in
6 rates paid to providers of developmental disability services, which shall
7 only be used for such purpose. No expenditures for permanent and
8 temporary salaries and per diems for state employees shall be made from
9 funds appropriated in this section.
