1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to the Parkinson's Disease Registry Act; to
2 amend section 81-6,103, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska; to
3 change reporting requirements for pharmacists as prescribed; and to
4 repeal the original section.
5 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. Section 81-6,103, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska,
2 is amended to read:
3 81-6,103 The pharmacist in charge of each pharmacy located within
4 the state or doing business in the state shall file a semiannual report
5 with the department listing persons to whom the pharmacist has dispensed
6 drugs on the list of drugs required to be reported under this section for
7 Parkinson's disease. The report shall include the name, address, and date
8 of birth social security number of the person for whom the drugs were
9 prescribed and the name and address of the prescribing physician. The
10 department shall issue a list of drugs used for the treatment of
11 Parkinson's disease to be reported under this section, shall review and
12 revise the list annually, and shall distribute the list to each pharmacy
13 located within the state or doing business in the state.
14 Sec. 2. Original section 81-6,103, Reissue Revised Statutes of
15 Nebraska, is repealed.
