1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds to aid
2 in carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 323, One Hundred
3 Sixth Legislature, First Session, 2019.
4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated $14,873 from the General
2 Fund and $14,873 from federal funds for FY2019-20 to the Department of
3 Health and Human Services, for Program 33, to aid in carrying out the
4 provisions of Legislative Bill 323, One Hundred Sixth Legislature, First
5 Session, 2019.
6 No expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per diems
7 for state employees shall be made from funds appropriated in this
8 section.
9 Sec. 2. There is hereby appropriated (1) $40,739 from the General
10 Fund and $49,231 from federal funds for FY2019-20 and (2) $161,358 from
11 the General Fund and $194,998 from federal funds for FY2020-21 to the
12 Department of Health and Human Services, for Program 348, to aid in
13 carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 323, One Hundred Sixth
14 Legislature, First Session, 2019.
15 No expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per diems
16 for state employees shall be made from funds appropriated in this
17 section.
