1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to the Public Counsel; to amend section
2 81-3110, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska; to provide access to
3 data of the Division of Children and Family Services of the
4 Department of Health and Human Services as prescribed; to harmonize
5 provisions; and to repeal the original section.
6 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. Section 81-3110, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, is
2 amended to read:
3 81-3110 Sections 81-3110 to 81-3124 and 81-3133.01 to 81-3133.03 and
4 section 2 of this act shall be known and may be cited as the Health and
5 Human Services Act.
6 Sec. 2. The Director of Children and Family Services of the
7 Department of Health and Human Services shall make any data available to
8 the Public Counsel upon request, including any triage complaint data
9 base.
10 Sec. 3. Original section 81-3110, Reissue Revised Statutes of
11 Nebraska, is repealed.
