1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds to the
2 Supreme Court for court appointed special advocate state aid.
3 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $500,000 from the
2 General Fund for FY2019-20 and (2) $500,000 from the General Fund for
3 FY2020-21 to the Supreme Court, for Program 52, for court appointed
4 special advocate state aid.
5 There is included in the appropriation to this program for FY2019-20
6 $500,000 General Funds for court appointed special advocate state aid,
7 which shall only be used for such purpose. There is included in the
8 appropriation to this program for FY2020-21 $500,000 General Funds for
9 court appointed special advocate state aid, which shall only be used for
10 such purpose.
