1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds to aid
2 in carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 450, One Hundred
3 Sixth Legislature, First Session, 2019.
4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $219,271 from the
2 General Fund for FY2019-20 and (2) $219,271 from the General Fund for
3 FY2020-21 to the Military Department, for Program 548, to aid in carrying
4 out the provisions of Legislative Bill 450, One Hundred Sixth
5 Legislature, First Session, 2019.
6 There is included in the appropriation to this program for FY2019-20
7 $219,271 General Funds for state aid, which shall only be used for such
8 purpose. There is included in the appropriation to this program for
9 FY2020-21 $219,271 General Funds for state aid, which shall only be used
10 for such purpose.
11 No expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per diems
12 for state employees shall be made from funds appropriated in this
13 section.
