4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $21,969 from the
2 Professional and Occupational Credentialing Cash Fund for FY2019-20 and
3 (2) $29,293 from the Professional and Occupational Credentialing Cash
4 Fund for FY2020-21 to the Department of Health and Human Services, for
5 Program 178, to aid in carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill
6 205, One Hundred Sixth Legislature, First Session, 2019.
7 Total expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per
8 diems from funds appropriated in this section shall not exceed $12,370
9 for FY2019-20 or $16,493 for FY2020-21.
