4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $2,156,183 from the
2 General Fund for FY2019-20 and (2) $3,566,228 from the General Fund for
3 FY2020-21 to the Department of Labor, for Program 194, to aid in carrying
4 out the provisions of Legislative Bill 311, One Hundred Sixth
5 Legislature, First Session, 2019.
6 Total expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per
7 diems from funds appropriated in this section shall not exceed $194,932
8 for FY2019-20 or $1,681,551 for FY2020-21.
