1 A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 1 of section 19-03.4-08 of the North Dakota
2 Century Code, relating to the sale of scheduled listed chemical products.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
4 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subsection 1 of section 19-03.4-08 of the North Dakota
5 Century Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
6 1. The retail sale of scheduled listed chemical products is limited to:
7 a. Sales in packages containing not more than a total of two and four-tenths grams
8 of one or more scheduled listed chemical products, calculated in terms of
9 ephedrine base, pseudoephedrine base, and phenylpropanolamine base; and
10 b. Sales in blister packs, each blister containing not more than two dosage units, or
11 when the use of blister packs is technically infeasible, sales in unit dose packets
12 or pouches.
