1 A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 54-52.1 of the North Dakota
2 Century Code, relating to access to public employees retirement system uniform group
3 insurance data.
4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
5 SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 54-52.1 of the North Dakota Century Code is created
6 and enacted as follows:
7 Health insurance utilization reports.
8 Upon request by a political subdivision that receives benefits under the uniform group
9 insurance program, the board shall provide that political subdivision with a health insurance
10 utilization report that is substantively the same as a report required under subsection 1 of
11 section 26.1-36.4-09.
