1 A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 3 of section 53-06.1-11.1 of the North
2 Dakota Century Code, relating to eligible uses for charitable gaming net proceeds.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
4 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subsection 3 of section 53-06.1-11.1 of the North Dakota
5 Century Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
6 3. With the exception of a veterans organization, theThe eligible uses in subsection 2 do
7 not include the erection, acquisition, property taxes, special assessments,
8 improvement, maintenance, or repair of real or personal property owned or leased by
9 an organization unless itthe real property is used exclusively for an eligible use. This
10 subsection does not apply to a veterans organization.
