1 A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 2 of section 15-01-02 and subsection 1 of
2 section 21-10-06 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to funds managed by the state
3 investment board and the investments of the board of university and school lands.
4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
5 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subsection 2 of section 15-01-02 of the North Dakota Century
6 Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
7 2. Full control of the investment ofInvestment authority over the permanent funds derived
8 from the sale of any of the lands described in subsection 1. Investments made under
9 this subsection must be made pursuant to section 21-10-06.
10 SECTION 2. AMENDMENT. Subsection 1 of section 21-10-06 of the North Dakota Century
11 Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
12 1. Subject to the provisions of section 21-10-02, the board shall invest the following
13 funds:
14 a. State bonding fund.
15 b. Teachers' fund for retirement.
16 c. State fire and tornado fund.
17 d. Workforce safety and insurance fund.
18 e. Public employees retirement system.
19 f. Insurance regulatory trust fund.
20 g. State risk management fund.
21 h. Budget stabilization fund.
22 i. Health care trust fund.
23 j. Cultural endowment fund.
24 k. Petroleum tank release compensation fund.
