1 A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact section 48-08-03 of the North Dakota Century Code,
2 relating to a media room in the state capitol.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
4 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Section 48-08-03 of the North Dakota Century Code is
5 amended and reenacted as follows:
6 48-08-03. Press representatives'Media room in state capitol.
7 The director of the office of management and budget shall set aside a room in the state
8 capitol for the exclusive use of accredited representatives of daily and other newspapers and
9 full-time correspondents of accredited press associationsthe media and shall place the
10 statehouse correspondent of the associated pressNorth Dakota newspaper association and
11 North Dakota broadcasters association jointly in charge of such pressthe room.
