1 A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 6 of section 54-17.8-06 of the North Dakota
2 Century Code, relating to the recommendations of the North Dakota outdoor heritage advisory
3 board.
4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
5 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subsection 6 of section 54-17.8-06 of the North Dakota
6 Century Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
7 6. The advisory board shall recommendmay not forward a grant application to the
8 commission unless the approval of grantsgrant application for funding activities that
9 fulfill the purposes of this chapter receives a favorable recommendation from a
10 majority of the advisory board members.
