4 The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
5 SECTION 1. G.S. 143B-62(1) is amended by adding a new sub-subdivision to read:
6 "k. To develop and implement programs to promote historic sites and
7 historical preservation in this State."
8 SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.
