5 The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
6 SECTION 1. Pursuant to G.S. 150B-21.3(b1), 15A NCAC 18E .0505 (Soil Depth),
7 as adopted by the North Carolina Commission for Public Health on August 8, 2018, and approved
8 by the Rules Review Commission on October 18, 2018, is disapproved.
9 SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.
