7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:

9 NEW SECTION. Section 1. Repealer. The following sections of the Montana Code Annotated are
10 repealed:
11 90-4-1001. State energy policy goal statements.
12 90-4-1003. Energy policy development process.

14 NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
