5 A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: “AN ACT MAKING PERMANENT THE STATUTORY APPROPRIATION OF
6 TITLE X FAMILY PLANNING FUNDS; REPEALING SECTION 6, CHAPTER 291, LAWS OF 2015; AND
7 PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.”

9 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:

11 NEW SECTION. Section 1. Repealer. Section 6, Chapter 291, Laws of 2015, is repealed.

13 COORDINATION SECTION. Section 2. Coordination instruction. If both House Bill No. 2 and [this
14 act] are passed and approved and House Bill No. 2 contains an appropriation of federal special revenue funds
15 for Title X activities, then the House Bill No. 2 appropriation for the early childhood and family support division
16 of the department of public health and human services for Title X activities is void.

18 NEW SECTION. Section 3. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
