This bill requires any member of the General Assembly who files legislation that will directly benefit their employer to disclose that information to the Missouri Ethics Commission within 15 days of filing. The Missouri Ethics Commission will develop a mechanism for reporting this information.
This bill is similar to HB 993 (2023).
