HB 1630 -- SALARIES OF CIRCUIT CLERKS

Currently, salaries for circuit clerks are established in statute and vary by county classification.

As specified in this bill, the annual salaries of circuit clerks shall be equal to 65% of the annual salaries of associate circuit judges, as established in Section 476.405, RSMo.

This bill is the same as HB 998 (2023).
