SB 641 - This act requires health benefit plans issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2023, that provide coverage for prescription contraceptives, as defined in the act, to cover a supply of the contraceptives which is intended to last up to one year. This act is similar to SB 472 (2021), HB 1373 (2021), and SB 346 (2019).
