This bill requires all organizations that provide pregnancy-related services or counseling to provide medically accurate and unbiased information about birth control, adoption, labor and delivery, and postpartum care in order to be eligible to receive state funding. The bill defines pregnancy-related services as services including, but not limited to, family planning, abortion care, prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.
This bill is the same as HB 830 (2021).
