This bill prohibits public financial benefits to abortion facilities and their affiliates or associates. Additionally, it requires that any person who or entity that receives a public financial benefit in violation of these provisions will have to forfeit said benefits, which can be subjected to interest being added to the repayment. The bill also allows for civil actions to be taken.
