This bill establishes the "Protection of Missouri Farms and Private Property Act", which specifies that no person or entity shall have standing to sue or intervene in any manner in a civil action on behalf of nature or the ecosystem. Any plaintiff bringing a civil action must be human and not represent nonhuman entities.
This bill is the same as HB 54 (2021).
