This bill designates the portion of State Highway 91 from U.S. State 61 to State Highway C and continuing east on State Highway C through the city of Morley to State Highway H in Scott County as the "Billy Ray - Cousin Carl - Anderson Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation will erect and maintain the signs, with the costs to be paid by private donations.

PROPONENTS: Supporters say that this is a fitting tribute to Billy Ray - Cousin Carl - Anderson.

Testifying for the bill was Representative Burger.

OPPONENTS: Those who oppose the bill say that this is unfair to all other members of our armed forces that sacrificed their life for our freedom while on official duty.
