This bill requires financial institutions who conduct business with the state, an agency, or a political subdivision to attest at least annually that the institution does not have any policy against conducting business with firearm businesses.
This bill contains a penalty provision. Any person who falsely attests on behalf of a financial institution as described in this section shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
