This bill designates the portion of Interstate 55 from State Highway AB to Hopper Road within the city of Cape Girardeau in Cape Girardeau County as the "Rush Limbaugh Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation will erect and maintain appropriate signs, with the costs paid by private donations.
