SPONSOR: Bland Manlove
This bill prohibits property tax and sales tax revenues dedicated to a school district to be reduced or redirected by any program, special taxing district, or political subdivision, and any calculation of payment in lieu of taxes must not include any tax revenues dedicated to a school district.
This bill will not apply retroactively to any agreement or contract executed before August 28, 2021.
