HB 1131 -- PAROLE ELIGIBILITY FOR MINORS

This bill requires parole eligibility for minors who were under 18 years of age at the time of the commission of their offense. Such individuals must be eligible for parole within 25 years of serving their prison term, or within the sum of the minimum requirements for their consecutive offenses, whichever is shorter in time.
