This bill designates a portion of U.S. State Highway 160 from West BYP to County Road 115 in Greene County as the "Otis E Moore Memorial Highway". The costs of signs designating the highway shall be paid by private donations.
This bill is the same as HB 2122 (2020).
PROPONENTS: Supporters say that the memorial highway is a fitting tribute to Otis E. Moore.
