This bill requires assessors to provide the owners of property that has been assessed with a summary describing how the assessor determined the value of the owner's property. The summary will include, but is not limited to, a detailed description of all calculations, reference lists, and databases used by the assessor in determining the property valuation.
This bill is the same as HB 2430 (2020).
