SPONSOR: Houx

COMMITTEE ACTION: Voted "Do Pass" by the Standing Committee on General Laws by a vote of 12 to 0. Voted "Do Pass" by the Standing Committee on Rules- Legislative Oversight by a vote of 9 to 0.

This bill repeals the Missouri State Archives-St. Louis Trust Fund (Sections 109.400 and 109.410, RSMo).

PROPONENTS: Supporters say that the repealed statutes never resulted in any action. There is no longer any money in the Treasurer's Office for this Fund, so this bill cleans up old accounts.
