SJR 3 - This constitutional amendment, if adopted by the voters, affirms the right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife. No law, rule, or regulation shall unreasonably restrict hunting, fishing, or harvesting wildlife or the use of traditional devices and methods.

This amendment is substantially similar to SJR 62 (2020), HJR 59 (2020), and HJR 20 (2019).
