This bill modifies provisions relating to donations and delivery of certain alcoholic beverages for nonresale purposes to include distilled spirits.
This bill is the same as HB 1632 (2020).
PROPONENTS: Supporters say that this bill modernizes existing laws that previously omitted distilled spirits but included other alcoholic beverages.
