Currently, the Department of Revenue must submit an annual report to the Governor and General Assembly that contains certain financial information on the status of the state.
This bill requires the report to include the total dollar amount of tax credits claimed by corporations on Missouri state income tax returns for the most recently ended tax year.
This bill is the same as HB 2160 (2020).
