SB 8 - Under this act, no public funds, including MO HealthNet funds, shall be expended to any clinic, physician's office, or any other place or facility in which abortions are performed or induced or any affiliate or associate of such entity. This provision shall not apply to any hospital. This act is substantially similar to a provision in the truly agreed to and finally passed CCS/SCS/HS/HCS/HB 2011 (2020).
