The bill prohibits the possession, manufacture, or sale of a "large capacity ammunition feeding device" which is defined to include various firearm magazines or firearm parts and accessories that have a capacity to hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition.
The offense is a class A misdemeanor.
This bill is similar to HB 2442 (2020).
