SPONSOR: Remole
This bill requires all juvenile officers to be in compliance with the Missouri Juvenile Officer Performance Standards adopted by the State Courts Administrator. Any juvenile officer found to have violated such standards on three separate occasions shall be terminated.
This bill is the same as HB 1328 (2018).
