HCR 92 -- CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO BOYCOTT

SPONSOR: Washington

This resolution urges the Missouri General Assembly to adopt the position that the right to boycott any entity is established by the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States and that Missouri will not punish any individual by denying them the opportunity to receive state contracts in retaliation for exercising the right to boycott.

This bill is similar to HCR 49 (2019).
