This bill requires the Department of Health and Senior Services to create rules regulating medical marijuana that:
(1) Bans marijuana containing lipids or lipid-based thinning agents except marijuana-infused products as defined under 19 CSR 30-95.010(20);
(2) Requires medical marijuana and medical marijuana-infused products to include all active and inactive ingredients on the label;
(3) Requires that medical marijuana and any associated packaging shall not contain any metals generally referred to as "heavy metals"; and
(4) Change the failure level for medical marijuana-infused products from 3.0 parts per million to 1.5 parts per million
