This bill modifies provisions related to outside the hospital do- not-resuscitate orders from inside and outside of the state of Missouri. Emergency medical services personnel are authorized to comply with such order from another state if such order is on a standardized written form as outlined in the bill. Emergency medical services personnel do not have to comply with this order if the patient or patient's representative expresses to such personnel the desire to be resuscitated.
