This bill allows the court to certify a juvenile as an adult if a petition alleges that the juvenile has committed an unlawful weapons offense under Section 571.030, RSMo, or has committed any offense that would be a felony if committed by an adult and has committed armed criminal action under Section 571.015 by committing such felony with the aid of a deadly weapon.
This bill is similar to HB 2416 (2020).
