This bill specifies that every pleading of a party not represented by an attorney must contain the party's telephone number and email address, if any. Additionally, whenever a Missouri Supreme Court Rule or statute requires or permits a matter to be supported, evidenced, established, or proven by sworn declaration, verification, certificate, statement, oath, or affidavit, such matter may, with like force and effect, be supported, established or proven by unsworn declaration, certificate, verification, or statement in a form specified in the bill.
This bill is similar to HB 1091 (2019).
