HB 2285 -- ABORTION
SPONSOR: Moon
This bill prohibits abortion in the state of Missouri by defining a
person as a human being from the time of conception, giving said
person equal rights to any other person, and redefining abortion as
murder, regardless of any contrary or conflicting federal law.
