HB 2272 -- STATE INCOME TAX

SPONSOR: Windham

This bill modifies the individual income tax rate table on the portion of the Missouri tax income that is:

(1) Less than $55,000, there is no tax imposed;

(2) At least $55,000 but not over $74,999, 5.4%;

(3) Over $74,999 but not over $149,999, 8.89%; or

(4) Over $149,999, 10.5%.
